Meet Carrie

I’ve spent the better part of my career helping businesses show up where it counts — in search results, in local markets, and in front of the customers who are ready to buy.

Most recently I served as Director of Marketing & Web Operations at Pav Law, where I built their entire digital marketing operation from the ground up. In 90 days, I increased organic visibility by roughly 90% through technical SEO and structured content systems. I managed Google Ads and Local Services Ad campaigns, optimized their Google Business Profile presence, and helped drive approximately $30,000 per week in new business revenue. Before that, I spent two years as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Clinica Family Health, managing multi-location content and web strategy across a growing organization.

I know what it takes to compete in search — technically, strategically, and operationally. And I know firsthand how hard it is for small businesses to get the same quality of marketing expertise that big companies take for granted. That gap is exactly why I started Just Ducky Digital.

The timing was personal as well as professional. After years of working for other people — including my former fiancé — I made the decision to go out on my own and build something that was entirely mine. Starting Just Ducky Digital was equal parts leap of faith and logical next step. I knew the work. I knew the opportunity. And I knew exactly who I wanted to help.

That’s small businesses. The ones with real stakes, real budgets, and real potential — who just need a partner who treats their marketing like it matters. Because it does.

I’m based in downtown Colorado Springs, in The Ensley, where I also offer in-person meetings for local clients. I work with businesses nationwide and bring the same level of attention and strategy to every single one, regardless of size or location.

When I’m not deep in search data, I paint — Colorado landscapes mostly, though my style tends toward the bold and colorful. I also share my home with two very opinionated black cats, and I spend as much time as possible outside in the Colorado sun.
